Energy / Cellular Metabolism
NAD+.
Cellular energy and longevity cofactor; supports mitochondrial function and NAD+-dependent enzymes.
NAD+ is not FDA-approved. It is available as a compounded medication, prepared by a licensed pharmacy for patients with a valid prescription. Talk with your provider about whether it is appropriate for you.

How I work
The mechanism, in plain English.
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a coenzyme central to redox biology and cellular energy production. NAD+ levels decline with age, impairing sirtuin activity (longevity-linked enzymes), PARP-mediated DNA repair, and mitochondrial biogenesis. Supplementation supports cellular energy metabolism, neuronal function, and the body's response to oxidative stress. Subcutaneous administration is the most common clinical form.
