Build the next generation of regenerative-medicine telehealth.

New Tides is hiring physicians, NPs, PAs, and RNs across all 50 states. We are building a peptide telehealth platform led by a practicing physician — no clunky EMR, no insurance billing, no protocols you would not prescribe to a family member.

Why New Tides

Built by a practicing physician, for clinicians.

Founder-led, physician-run

Founded and led by Dr. Danna Qunibi (MD, MBOE) — Texas Medical Director and active practitioner. Every clinical decision goes through a clinician, not a product manager.

Curated, not catalog-spam

One narrow set of evidence-supported prime stacks per goal. We say no to anything we would not prescribe to a friend. Easier prescribing, better outcomes.

Real autonomy

No insurance billing, no prior auth, no faxes. You hold prescriptive authority within your license; we hold the platform that makes your work scalable.

Modern tech that gets out of your way

Custom-built EMR on Next.js + Supabase. Pre-screened intake. One-click protocol templates. PDF packets generated automatically from your notes.

Pre-mixed peptides

Compounding pharmacy partner ships pre-mixed vials directly to patients — no reconstitution math, no dose calculation errors, no liability gaps.

Cash-pay, transparent

Patients pay cash. They know what they are paying for. You know what you are billing. No surprise denials.

State expansion

We launch state-by-state. Provider licensure drives our roadmap.

We currently operate in Texas. The next five states are our Tier 1 launch markets — chosen because the demand signal, the patient population, and the telehealth regulatory climate all line up. We need a State Medical Director, advanced-practice providers, and RN care coaches in each of them.

FL

Florida

Sun Belt med-spa capital with the largest concentration of women aged 50–64 — the highest-utilization GLP-1 cohort in the country. Strong cash-pay culture; minimal price sensitivity for compounded protocols.

What patients are asking for: GLP-1 weight loss leads, but Florida patients also ask for "glow" stacks (GHK-Cu, KPV) and longevity protocols (NAD+, Epitalon) more than most states. Expect a strong retiree segment alongside the weight-loss core.

Regulatory: Telehealth-friendly: licensed providers may prescribe via telemedicine without an initial in-person visit.

GA

Georgia

Top-10 state for GLP-1 prescribing (1.6%+ utilization). Atlanta metro has high cash-pay density and a strong aesthetic-medicine market. Culturally weight-loss-first, with a fast-growing wellness segment.

What patients are asking for: Tirzepatide for weight loss is the headline ask. Secondary asks: PT-141 / sexual wellness, postpartum body recomposition for women 30–49, GLP-1 + HRT stacks for perimenopause.

Regulatory: Telehealth-friendly: telemedicine prescribing permitted after a valid practitioner-patient relationship is established.

NC

North Carolina

Second in the country for Wegovy search interest (Google Trends, 2025). Fast-growing population in Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, and Asheville. Strong unmet demand from patients searching but not yet prescribed.

What patients are asking for: Tirzepatide for weight loss dominates. The "mom on a mission" narrative — women 35–55 who have tried everything — is the strongest local conversion story. HRT + peptide combinations are a secondary ask.

Regulatory: Telehealth-friendly with a properly established practitioner-patient relationship under NCMB telemedicine rules.

TN

Tennessee

Approximately 39% adult obesity rate — among the highest in the country. Nashville and Knoxville have a sophisticated cash-pay aesthetic and recovery market. Strong demand across both weight-loss and recovery peptide categories.

What patients are asking for: Tirzepatide for weight loss is the volume driver. Recovery peptides (BPC-157, TB-500 — the "Wolverine stack") have an unusually strong following in Nashville's lifestyle/CrossFit segment. PT-141 demand growing.

Regulatory: Telehealth-friendly under the Tennessee Telemedicine Act once a practitioner-patient relationship is established.

AZ

Arizona

One of the most telehealth-permissive states in the country. Scottsdale and Phoenix anchor a major med-spa and longevity-medicine market. Large retiree and snowbird population creates a year-round high-volume cohort.

What patients are asking for: Anti-aging and longevity stacks lead — NAD+, MOTS-c, Epitalon, GHK-Cu. GLP-1 micro-dosing and maintenance protocols (rather than aggressive weight loss) are a distinctive Arizona ask. PT-141 strong in the 60+ market.

Regulatory: Telehealth-friendly: licensed providers may prescribe via telemedicine without an initial in-person visit.

Licensed somewhere else? Apply anyway. State expansion is provider-driven — the next state we open is the one where a qualified collaborating physician is ready to go.

FAQ

Do I need peptide-specific experience?

No. We provide onboarding training, our prime-stack catalog with provider notes, and a clinical-decision-support layer in the EMR. If you are board-certified or board-eligible and can practice telehealth in your state, we can train the rest.

W-2 or 1099?

Most provider roles are 1099 contracts for flexibility. RN Care Coach roles can be either, depending on hours and your preference.

What's the time commitment?

Highly flexible. Most physicians spend 5–15 hrs/week reviewing intakes and signing prescriptions. APPs schedule consult blocks of 2–8 hrs at a time. RN coaches typically run 10–20 hrs/week of asynchronous work.

How does collaborating-physician supervision work for APPs in states that require it?

We provide the collaborating physician relationship. Your scope of practice is protected, and the supervising MD is contractually obligated and licensed in your state. You do not source the relationship yourself.

What's pay like?

Specifics depend on role, state, and volume — we share concrete numbers in your first call. Generally: above-market 1099 rates, weekly minimum guarantees for APPs, retainer + per-script for State Medical Directors, and hourly + outcome bonuses for RN coaches.

What if I don't see my state listed?

Apply anyway. State expansion is provider-driven — we launch where we have great licensed providers ready to go.
