Collaborating Physician / State Medical Director

Time commitment
Part-time 1099 · 5–15 hrs/week depending on state patient volume
Compensation
Competitive 1099 contract with per-script and retainer components. State Medical Directors are eligible for equity / profit-sharing.
Licensure
Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in your state. Board certification preferred. No prior licensure actions.
What you'll do
- Review patient intake forms and lab uploads, sign off on peptide prescriptions for patients in your licensed state.
- Provide collaborative oversight for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and RN care coaches in your state.
- Hold occasional video consults for higher-acuity intake cases or for patients flagged for review under our medical-history screening tiers.
- Help refine our prime stack catalog as new evidence emerges. We curate aggressively — only protocols you would prescribe to a family member make the cut.
- Serve as the state-specific clinical face for marketing, education, and patient trust.
Who you are
- 5+ years of clinical practice. Comfortable making decisions in a telehealth setting without a chart in front of you.
- Genuine interest in peptide therapeutics, longevity medicine, or regenerative medicine — not just a side gig.
- Strong written communication. Patients see your name, your credentials, and increasingly your face.
- Willing to follow our protocols and screening tiers exactly. We are intentionally narrow about what we prescribe and to whom.
