For board-certified physicians who want to shape a weight-management telehealth platform from the ground up.

Time commitment
Part-time 1099 · 5–15 hrs/week depending on state patient volume
Compensation
Competitive 1099 contract with per-script and retainer components. Founding state physicians are eligible for equity / profit-sharing.
Licensure
Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in your state. Board certification preferred. No prior licensure actions.

What you'll do

  • Review patient intake forms and lab uploads, and prescribe weight-loss treatment for patients in your licensed state when it is appropriate.
  • Conduct video visits for patients whose state requires a live visit, and asynchronous reviews for the rest — you make the prescribing decision either way.
  • Help refine our weight-loss treatment protocols as new evidence emerges. We curate aggressively — only protocols you would prescribe to a family member make the cut.
  • Serve as the state-specific clinical face for education and patient trust.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of clinical practice. Comfortable making decisions in a telehealth setting without a chart in front of you.
  • Genuine interest in weight management and metabolic health — not just a side gig.
  • Strong written communication. Patients see your name, your credentials, and increasingly your face.
  • Willing to follow our protocols and screening tiers exactly. We are intentionally narrow about what we prescribe and to whom.
