Terms of Service

Provided for transparency and being finalized with our legal counsel before public launch.

Effective date: 2026-06-18

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of New Tides Health LLC services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, located in a U.S. state where we offer services, and able to form a binding contract. Services are available only in states where a New Tides provider is licensed.

2. What New Tides provides

New Tides provides telehealth clinical services — evaluation, and where clinically appropriate, prescriptions and ongoing care. New Tides does not manufacture, compound, sell, or ship medication. If a provider prescribes medication, a licensed pharmacy dispenses and bills you for it separately.

3. Not for emergencies

Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. The provider-patient relationship; no guarantee of treatment

A provider will review your information and exercise independent medical judgment. Submitting an intake does not guarantee that you will be prescribed any treatment. A provider may determine that a treatment is not appropriate for you.

5. Membership, billing, and auto-renewal

  • Your membership covers clinical care (provider evaluation and ongoing support) as described at sign-up.
  • The cost of medication, laboratory tests, and prescriptions is billed separately by the pharmacy or lab.
  • Memberships renew automatically at the stated price and interval until cancelled. We disclose the renewal amount, frequency, and cancellation method before you pay.
  • You may cancel at any time through Account & Billing in your patient portal; cancellation stops future charges as described.
  • Refunds are handled per the refund terms shown at sign-up.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information; to use services only for yourself; and not to misuse the platform. Providing inaccurate health information can be dangerous and may affect your care.

7. Intellectual property

All content and software are owned by New Tides or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the services for their intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as required by law, services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Tides is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as set out here. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Dispute resolution and governing law

Dispute-resolution terms (including any arbitration provision, class-action waiver, and governing law) are being finalized with our legal counsel and will be posted here before launch.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Contact: New Tides Health LLC, care@newtides.com.
