Time commitment
Part-time 1099 · flexible scheduling, blocks as small as 2 hrs
Compensation
Per-consult contract with weekly minimum guarantees. Higher rates for evening / weekend availability.
Licensure
Active state license (MSN/APRN or PA-C) with prescriptive authority. Collaborating physician relationship is provided in states that require one.
What you'll do
- Conduct 30–45 minute video consults with patients who have already completed our pre-screened intake.
- Review patient goals, medical history, current medications, and labs, and prescribe pre-mixed peptide protocols within your scope.
- Document each visit in our EMR. Patients receive a personalized peptide packet generated automatically from your notes.
- Handle 4-week, 8-week, and 12-week follow-ups. Adjust dosing or stack composition based on patient response.
- Escalate flagged cases to the state Medical Director when our screening tiers require it.
Who you are
- 3+ years of independent clinical practice. Comfortable making decisions without a chart in front of you.
- Strong patient communication — your written notes and consult tone are how patients experience the brand.
- Curious about peptide therapeutics. Prior peptide experience is a plus but not required — we train.
- Reliable. Patients schedule directly into your calendar; you treat that calendar like a real schedule.
