Time commitment
Part-time 1099 or W-2 · 10–20 hrs/week
Compensation
Hourly, with bonuses tied to patient retention and adherence outcomes.
Licensure
Active state nursing license (RN). 2+ years of clinical experience. No prescriptive authority required.
What you'll do
- Be the primary point of contact for patients between provider visits. Answer questions about injection technique, side effects, and protocol adherence.
- Review check-in surveys at week 2, week 4, week 8, and month 3. Surface concerns to the prescribing provider.
- Coach patients through the lifestyle layer that makes peptides work: sleep, stress, nutrition, movement.
- Triage non-urgent clinical questions. Escalate anything outside scope to the provider.
- Help us measure what is working — your notes feed our outcomes data and inform future protocol refinements.
Who you are
- Strong written communication. Most patient interaction is async via the patient portal or text.
- Empathetic and proactive. The patients who succeed have a coach who reaches out before problems escalate.
- Organized. You can track 50–100 patients across different protocol phases without dropping balls.
- Comfortable with technology. Patient portal, video calls, secure messaging.
